Excellent coffee. The atmosphere in the cafe is really nice and cozy. Fast service and the baristas were really friendly. Located right on Michigan Av, it’s a great spot for people watching while enjoying a hot drink. I’ve the caramel latte and matcha latte and they were both really good!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars Had such a great experience at Peet’s Coffee! The staff was super fun, friendly, and welcoming, and my coffee was absolutely amazing. Lavender, my Pomeranian, also loved her pup cup — such a cute touch! Definitely a five-star visit, and we’ll both be back!

Coffee was good but the atmosphere was fantastic! Great view for people watching and a great little recluse from the busy city streets!

The matcha latte was very strong, in a good way. Nice staff. Nice store.

Cozy, quick, and tasty — perfect downtown coffee spot! This was our first time at this Peet’s location, and we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered a black coffee, a latte, and a roasted turkey parmesan ciabatta — all freshly made and full of flavor. The sandwich was warm and perfectly balanced, with melty cheese and herby notes in every bite. The atmosphere was calm and inviting. There’s plenty of seating, space to work, and the vibe feels just right for a quick break or even a remote work session. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even more enjoyable. A solid option in downtown Chicago if you want great coffee, a quick bite, and a relaxed environment. We’ll definitely come back!

This branch of the coffee chain always seems pretty busy. There is both indoor snd outdoor seating and service seems rapid despite queues at times. The coffee is good and you can add chocolate on top or cinnamon to a cappuccino which I appreciated. My pumpkin maple scone was quite tasty. I’d definitely return for the coffee!
